It was a darkened world

are promised with life

and have faith in Christ

We get comfortable and idle
(why in the middle?)
A lot of gray issues
(our Christianity’s an excuse?)

But excuse me, please allow me
to stand for the truth of the Trinity
No I won’t, no I won’t let His sacrifice to waste
With a fallen life a backslidden state
I would choose to lose a life with it all
Than to gain the world and forfeit my soul
I’ve been bought by the blood
